February 15-17
We headed to Ensenada with Baja Bound for our second annual trip to build a home for a family in need.  In 2004 the founders of Baja Bound became aware of the dramatic needs of the immigrant communities traveling north to work in the agricultural fields of Baja.  They stumbled across a magnificent plan to build an incredible home quickly and affordably; the rest is history.  We built a 16 x 20 foot, insulated home on a concrete slab for the Rodriguez family – German, Perla, Polet & Uriel.  Our food and lodging was taken care of by Baja Bound.  It was a mission trip and retreat all rolled into one!
