Attached HERE is the document developed by the PSWC that helps to explain the process and what the expectations are. The Pastor Search Team is currently going through the information provided in the survey that was distributed to the congregation. From that information they will complete what our denomination calls a “Church Profile”. This is a document that tells potential candidates what CCC is all about and what the Congregation feels the ministry is that God is calling us to live into.
